Greenpark announces a series of high-profile senior promotions as the agency continues to scale its global operations and strengthen its position at the forefront of AI-driven discovery.

Chris Pearce has been promoted to Group Managing Director, expanding his remit to include APAC alongside his existing responsibilities across EMEA, the US and LATAM. In this role, Pearce will oversee global growth, client satisfaction and P&L, ensuring a consistent approach to ways of working, agency positioning and product innovation across all regions.

Alongside this, Sam Phillips-Grey has been promoted to Deputy Managing Director, EMEA & US. In his new role, he will take full ownership of the region’s P&L, while maintaining oversight of key client relationships and leading all heads of department across these regions.

His promotion comes as Greenpark experiences sustained growth across EMEA and the US, with a focus on strengthening operational rigour and embedding scalable frameworks across its client base.

Further strengthening the leadership team, Sam Barker has been promoted to Group Partner for Omnichannel Search & Insights. The newly formalised role will see Barker lead the global expansion of Greenpark’s omnichannel search capability, bringing together SEO, paid media, social search and AI visibility into a single, unified proposition.

Barker will be responsible for product development, client strategy and commercial growth, as well as advancing Greenpark’s already stellar AI visibility offering through new frameworks, audits and innovations.

Collectively, the promotions signal Greenpark’s evolution beyond traditional SEO into a broader, insight-led and omnichannel offering. As consumer discovery becomes increasingly fragmented across platforms and formats, the agency is doubling down on its mission to help brands build visibility that goes beyond rankings alone.
