He has lived in Mexico, Spain, France, Holland, the USA and Switzerland and worked a lot in Germany and Sweden. He started his career as a football journalist and met both Bobby Charlton and Diego Maradona before switching to advertising. In his 30 year career he has worked at a senior level worked for creative agencies like Wieden & Kennedy, 180 Global (which he co-founded) and Forsman & Bodenfors, and also large integrated agencies like BETC in Paris, JWT in London and KBS in New York.

Also, a self-love and body positivity advocate, Que previously ran the first plus-size style blog in Singapore and was named Cozycot’s Top 100 Inspiring Women. During her free time, she is a pro-bono English to Bahasa Indonesia translator for a non-profit organization, HAGAR Singapore. Today, Que toggles between Singapore & Australia and believes that it’s possible to work from anywhere. (As long as there’s strong wifi!).

Head of ContentAPACSteph is a seasoned digital storyteller with 14 years of experience in publishing and e-commerce. Her expertise lies in end-to-end content development for digital marketing touchpoints, including e-magazines, email, social, and app content. She has worked across the business verticals of fashion and beauty, health and wellness, food and travel, home and parenting, and finance. Steph was part of the founding team that built the No. 1 homegrown e-commerce platform in the Philippines, serving as content director. Through omnichannel content, she has scaled the local footprint of global brands like Maybelline, L’Oréal Paris, COSRX, Neocell, Moon Juice, Dear Klairs, and Sunnies Face. Creative DirectorAPACAB is a seasoned Creative Director from Manila, Philippines. Apart from growing and honing her copywriter skills from Mullen-Lowe, TBWA/SMP, Publicis Manila, and Oliver Agency she has also explored the world of TV and Advertising Production, Post-Production, and Publishing as a production designer, producer, assistant director, and contributing writer in between. She has worked on a variety of brands under Unilever, Nestlé, Alaska, and Smart Communications, as well as Lifestyle brands like Dr. Martens, The North Face, DBTK, Tretorn, and FitFlop.
