CEO & Founder
Sven is the CEO and Founder of Greenpark. Sven founded Greenpark in 2014 with a vision to become a leading global performance-driven content agency that delivers amazing results for brands. Technology-first and data-driven, an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit drives this once small agency into the world-class business it is today. Sven is an avid entrepreneur, his notable ventures include online fashion retailer Brandalley.com, the business sold 70,000+ products per day and grew to $200M in revenue, as well as a joint venture with Newscorp which raised $60M in venture capital.
Ian Colvin
Chief Strategy Officer
Ian joined Greenpark as Chief Strategy Officer after 24 years at Unilever. An early claim to fame was creation of the Marmite Love Hate campaign and more recently driving a Digital transformation in a global Foods division. His last role was Global VP Digital Marketing for Lipton Ice Tea. At Greenpark, Ian leads the strategy arm of the agency driving large scale digital transformation and brand repositioning programmes for global brands.

Having spent the past 8 years in digital marketing, Aoife has developed her passion for crafting great places to work; places where the best talent come to learn, grow, and thrive - like at Greenpark.
Sam Phillips-Grey

After trying his hand in online journalism, Sam found himself in the world of advertising and after 16 years is yet to look back. Starting out in the account management of creative strategy, development and production for predominantly ATL channels at AMV BBDO, Sam’s curiosity and mantra to always want to discover more led him overseas. He spent five years working in South East Asia, leading the integration of multiple disciplines across creative, media, production, data and digital for some of Publicis Groupe’s largest Clients. Returning to the UK, Sam became Managing Partner at VML running an integrated creative offering which included content, PR and CRM. Sam joined Greenpark in 2023 and is still curious and keen to discover more, for himself and for his Clients.

More than a decade ago, Que stumbled upon her first social media job opportunity through a Tweet and the rest was history. Since then, she has been focused on helping brands find their unique voice, bringing them to life through storytelling on social media and beyond for brands such as SANOFI, Disney, Samsung, P&G and more. As quoted by a client of hers, “Que puts social back in ‘social media’”. Also, a self-love and body positivity advocate, Que previously ran the first plus-size style blog in Singapore and was named Cozycot’s Top 100 Inspiring Women. During her free time, she is a pro-bono English to Bahasa Indonesia translator for a non-profit organization, HAGAR Singapore. Today, Que toggles between Singapore & Australia and believes that it’s possible to work from anywhere. (As long as there’s strong wifi!).
