Welcome to the team Gabriela, it’s fantastic to have you onboard!

1. What’s your new role at Greenpark?

As Head of Business for LATAM, my role is to continue the business’ growth and expansion through development of relationships with new clients and new business leads. We will do this by ensuring excellence in clients services, delivering successful projects and maximising client satisfaction for further growth opportunities. I will also oversee, guide and mentor my team.

I enter Greenpark with an established business network and a long history in leading client services teams and working within these teams as a participative team member. It’s really exciting to join a team of such talented people at this fast-growing company.

2. Tell us a bit about your career up to this point and your career milestones.

I’m a business executive with a career in digital communication in advertising agencies and in the marketing consumer goods industry. I have contributed to clients’ success across different segments such as chemical industry, consumer goods, retail, telecommunications, financial, and automotive among others. I led the strategic process and implemented campaigns for brand awareness, increased sales, product launches, digital transformation projects, apps and platforms.

Industry awards I’ve proudly won for client projects include:

  • Bronze Effie Award with Bauducco for Long term efficiency category with A Chrithmans History (2021).
  • Awarded campaign with Unilever | CloseUp – Don’t judge. Kiss.

3. Any tips for young talent starting out?

It won’t necessarily be easy but try to not take everything personally. You may work with different types of people during your career and each one of them will teach you something and will move you forward.

4. Outside the office, where can we find you?

I enjoy daylight and the outdoors. I usually leave the city on the weekends seeking fresh air and nature and enjoying my free time with my family and friends. I love to travel. I fall in love with new cities and places every time I visit, then I’m off to another destination and fall in love all over again!

5. Tell us some interesting facts about yourself.

  • I’m a jewellery designer
  • I am a mother of 2 teenage boys – Pedro and Tiago
  • My family runs a 100-year-old cookies and biscuit business in Brazil
  • Right before the pandemic, I was training to run my first half marathon in Rio. I’m trying to get back into that spirit again.

Bonus question. Please introduce us to Cremosa.

I adopted a dog during Covid. Her name is Cremosa (Creamy in English) and she arrived in our lives at a very unplanned moment, but she was just meant to be! She is the sweetest dog, my little “shadle” as I fondly call her, and she makes for great company when my kids are away. She is really spoilt and acts as if she never had a struggle in life before…
